The other staffs that want to take our commits and land the players we discuss, they bring up everything negative they can and frame it as if our staff is out of their league. Absolutely. Flipping the roster is a great way to say it, and then being from Florida is key. Our best teams were built in Florida talent
We need them all!!! the thing with the Bama boys is that they (I know this often doesn’t hold up) have been billed as a pair from day one. The linebacker of the group loves Florida but the DT leans bama from what I’ve seen. I would take either or both but def want both. Gotta hold on to kelby and I’ve seen the same in hall but he values PT a lot and he is quoted as seeing it in the games he has attended. He also said he wants to try to make it to two more of our games, although one will be WLOCP. The 3 players (Russaw, smith, Cormani) would result in a 5 star at every level of our defense. DT, LB, DB. Game changers for this defense I for once and confident we will get 2-3 of the players mentioned above. All of them would be absurd
^^^this. Seeing freshman play at all levels of the defense has to be appealing. Competition for playing time alone will produce a better defense
Cormani is a must get... out of need & significance. I need some interior lineman. Sign as many as possible, sort things out afterwards. Building up the roster at the expense of bama is just sprinkles on ice cream
So, true... all of this. I think we're finally getting to see the players who play best getting a chance. Hope there are even more young defensive players that get a chance next game, too, because a lot of the guys out there now aren't earning their pay.

Yes, Russaw and Smith are the teammates from Alabama, and Collins also from Alabama is recruiting hard for the Gators so he's locked in with the Gators, IMHO.

McClain, a Five-star Plus+ prospect out of Lakeland (Fla.) has never been fond of the recruiting process and he is ready to get it over with. Alabama made a serious run at the elite defender, and at one time, the Crimson Tide had some traction, but the Gators have pulled away. Billy Napier has shown him enough. Corey Raymond came in and did an excellent job establishing trust with McClain and his family. Florida is close to home, their are ties to Lakeland at the Swamp and there is nothing I am hearing that changes my On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine pick from the Gators.
With the Manning name inflation in place we would have to be very happy with him picking us as a pretty clear cut #1 in the 23 class, regardless of Manning's placement as #1.
