Florida was in desperate need of a blowout victory; they got one in week five. The Gators clinched their 750th win in program history on Sunday afternoon, defeating the Eastern Washington Eagles 52-17 inside the Swamp. The early lead allowed Billy Napier and his staff to play 81 different Gators in the game. We saw the future of the Florida football program.

It was great seeing all the guys get a chance to play. On Defense, D Black was all over the place. Even in plays where he didn't make the play, you saw him causing problems for the O. Our young corners and safeties got some experience and hopefully they were humbled a little as even a small FCS school was able to burn them at times. But that experience should help them understand that physical talent can only recover so much when the opposing team gets a step on you.
