Not to quibble but so was Mathews, Grossman, and Leak. I would put Bennett on par with Berlin.

 

He won't even get an invite to NY or wherever the Heisman Award ceremony is hosted.

 

This year is filled with such parity that even games from 60 years ago might have to be changed in the books.

Everyone is vulnerable this year, seems like more than most years. We lost a couple ceremoniously, to embrace humility and get the ball rolling.

Who cares? SOS won the Heisman playing for a team with far less talent UGA has. It was a different game back in SOS time but he knew how to win as a player and then as the HBC against Georgia. Bennett is a good QB playing with a tremendously talented team especially tight ends.
