You trust a doctor that can't tell the difference between ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, and thinks the vaccine was created using anti-freeze? There are always kooks among every group.

Another wacko, opportunist physician the right-wingers rallied around on this site: "
Dr. Simone Gold, a leading figure in the anti-vaccine moment, was sentenced to prison Thursday for storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

The founder of America's Frontline Doctors, Gold and her coalition of physicians have pushed conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 vaccine and promoted disproven treatments like ivermectin. She pleaded guilty in March to a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering and remaining in a restricted area of the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 attack."

Hilarity ensues because she had founded a"go fund" for her legal defense. Raised 400k from the gullibles, and promptly plead.... guilty. Can't make this up... took the defense money and plead guilty. LOL

COVID-infected Pfizer CEO promised vaccine was 100% effective (wnd.com)

When his COVID-19 vaccine was rolled out, the CEO of Pfizer touted a South Africa trial he said was evidence that the shots would be 100% effective in preventing infection.

On Monday, however, he tested positive for COVID-19 after receiving four doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

"I am thankful to have received four doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, and I am feeling well while experiencing very mild symptoms," he wrote on Twitter. "I am isolating and have started a course of Paxlovid."

People who have been infected with an omicron subvariant of the virus generally have reported mild symptoms and recovered whether vaccinated or not

Breaking: 4x vaccinated US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin infected with Covid for the second time this year

And they continue to ignore the reports of severe illness and death attributed to the COVID vaccines in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System database run by the CDC and the FDA. As of Aug. 5, VAERS contained 30,162 reports of COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths among a total of more than 1.3 million adverse events.

So the right-wing crap site takes a quote from over a year ago, from a industry leader not a gov't official, and the quote is on a covid virus that had not mutated into delta. or omicron and his quote clearly states that their "data" on one study showed 100% efficacy...... but the simple , gullible cultists continue to lap up the slop. VAERS data? Be better. Sigh

Yeah…we have continued to push the same drug for the new variants. Which was/is the point.

All while providing immunity to the manufacturers.

Instead of looking at the data for our policy we allowed Pfizer to line its pockets.

Usually my far right acquaintances keep me a little ahead of Too Hot, but this one didn't take off in my circles until today.

Ah, the person who likes to post numbers that aren’t close to true talking crap about far right wingers. Too funny. I get it, I wouldn’t want to try to defend those numbers either. So next time just don’t do it and it will save me the time of having to call out your bs again and again.

You know the vaccine is dangerous when the CDC/NIH come out with a new way to die... It's called SADS... Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

As of today, August 18th, the number of deaths being reported for July 26th is 52. That should be the final tally, it is usually about three weeks out that the number stops moving, and we are about three weeks out.

@buckeyegator Does that answer your question about how we know the state of Florida is reporting deaths in a way that underreports them for the most recent two or three weeks?

August 1st, 6 days after July 26th, the official number of deaths was reported as 9, three weeks later the number is officially 52. A pretty significant change.

while you are at it, check out why for about the past 3 weeks illinois has reported zero actual tests, yet daily reports new cases and deaths, screwing up their numbers big time towards showing covid still a threat

One nice thing I noticed when I was looking at the numbers, our daily new cases have dropped significantly in the last month. A month ago the rolling 7 day average in Florida was right around 11k, now we are down to about 6k.

Still not noting the difference between dying with and dying of covid? Lazy and spreading fear. Shocking...

Great article from the WSJ Editorial board calling out the CDC, although this should've happened well over a year ago. And some on the left still take what the CDC says seriously. Can't fix stupid.

Opinion | The Centers for Disease Politics

"The CDC now posts more Covid data, but often late and it omits critical information. Instead of publishing raw data for outside scientists to analyze, the CDC often only releases studies that support its policies, such as mask mandates.

Politics drives many CDC decisions, including one last spring not to collect information on breakthrough Covid cases lest this show declining vaccine efficacy. Its school reopening guidance was written in part by American Federation of Teachers chief Randi Weingarten."

I had a conversation today that was pretty frustrating. a friend from many years ago I hadn’t talked to. He’s an MD (actually a D.O. but similar training). The subject of Covid kept coming up, and he kept saying things like he doesn’t think the vaccines work long term, any negative data is being suppressed, whining about people being forced to take it, worrying about unknown side effects, grumbling about masks not working and the worst that the mRNA shot changes you mRNA. I to explain how the vax works long term but he seems he the mRNA shots are different. I don’t think he is anti vax but woefully misinformed. If a doctor can’t sift through disinformation I’m not sure how we can expect regular people to.
