I think the video was somewhat slumming, but I don’t think it’s a big deal using the word “crudites.” I hear people use that every once in a while, and I do not run in food snob circles.

Avocado makes your smoothie creamier and is a superfood. You cant really taste it if you toss in a banana, black cherries, peanut butter and some protein powder.

    You guys are welcome.

    No snake oil needed. ;)

So I have may pops growing on my fence and dragon fruit on a riser. I don’t want to make smoothies, lol. Maybe I will go into business.

Kind of like Ben Carson who was once a respected neurosurgeon, you wouldn’t know it hearing him speak as a politician. No clue at what point in his medical career he retired. But to me he’s always come off like his brain just checked out and he’s sleepwalking through the rest of life in his new chosen profession (politics). Maybe that’s just his personality and I’m misinterpreting, I’m just stating my opinion.

Dr. Oz doesn’t seem like he necessarily “checked out” as he’s always full of energy, if nothing else. I presume he is still fully capable as an MD/surgeon. He just comes off more like a guy that would prefer to star in a high profile infomercial or sell sketchy supplements . But wait, there’s more!

He definitely should have focused on the charcuterie loving demographic. "If the price of soppressata is getting you down, you can thank Joe Biden".

Nothing wrong with poking fun at politicians who fail at trying to be relatable. However, it's stupid to make voting decisions based on things like this. Someone doesn't need to talk and act like me in order to represent me in public office.

I guess people like to feel their politicians are relatable. One party in particular can’t have any “elites”. :emoji_fearful:

W was a guy “people could drink a beer with”.

I’ve seen Biden described as down to earth, relatable to Midwesterner’s.

Perhaps most laughably were all the people who praised Trump for “telling like it is” or for “not being politically correct”.

Yes, it’s all horseshit. But yet it works! Even the most detached or out of touch person needs to pretend they are a “regular Joe”. I think when it comes off as totally insincere like this it tends to backfire.

Yeah, that is what I was going for. Fetterman's campaign against Oz has been mostly about how he lives in Jersey.

Literally cant taste it. It's a way to "superfood" your smoothie and make it creamier.

I make mine using cold brew too so Im a little weird... Lol.

    16 oz Cold Brew.
    8 oz oat milk
    Handfull raw baby spinach
    1 banana
    1 cup frozen black cherries
    1 tbs organic peanut butter
    1 scoop hemp seed
    1 scoop flax seed
    1/2 of an avocado
1 scoop organic chocolate protein powder.

When blended you have what amounts to the healthiest 32 oz frappe/shake you've ever tasted.

    The chocolate/banana/cherry flavor dominates.

    • You get your caffeine kick.
    • 4 of your daily fruit/veggie servings
    • The benefits from the two seeds
    • 40g protein
    • superfood
I have it for breakfast 4 or 5 days a week.

It is so good my kids love it. My son begs me to make it every saturday AM and will often make his own after I leave for work.

I'm telling you man... Try it one time.
