He's guilty of all of those and should suffer the most severe penalties available.

You do realize these are Federal regulations? Not sure there is any copy right on those.

Rule applies to non copyrighted material too. I didn’t write the rule. But it’s also to prevent someone from posting the entire Mueller reports, for example.

These same people believed Trump was finding the truth of Obama’s birthplace, and waited breathlessly for him to reveal it.

So apparently 18 U.S.C. s. 793 is the Espionage Act. Presumably, to get a warrant, the Magistrate Judge had to find probable cause that this law was violated? I sure hope they have their ducks in a row. Yikes.

I don't think agents' name should be redacted, despite the obvious and legit concern about potential violence. That type of secrecy is antithetical to democratic values and gives too much cover of secrecy to government when it needs to be operating much more in the sunshine.

Trump needs to be arrested immediately before he flees the country.

So, since you made the suggestion that the better way to do this was to get a subpoena and inform Trump that the case would be referred to the DOJ, are you going to retract your claims about this being done in the wrong way, now that we know he was served with a subpoena by the DOJ and NARA in the spring?

18 U.S.C. §793 prohibits the gathering, transmitting, or receipt of defense information with the intent or reason to believe the information will be used against the United States or to the benefit of a foreign nation.

    yikes.

You know he was the one that was caught laughing at what a moron Trump was. Would not surprise me one bit he had a special file on him.

So now Trump is claiming that they could have had the files anytime they wanted (despite repeated attempts) and that he had declassified all of them. Despite the fact that nuclear docs can’t be declassified, nor can he just snap his fingers on the rest, there’s a process.

    so the fun is starting.

As I posted earlier, nuclear secrets are National Defense Information regardless of their classification and still protected by law always.

As low as my opinion of trump is, it’s hard to imagine that he would actually steal classified nuclear documents.
