Take picture with camera on iPhone. From an iPhone, e-mail photo to your own email address, where it will ask you what size picture you wish to send. (Current size which is largest, or small, medium or large options to choose from). Select medium. Then copy file from email in your inbox and paste here in message box. Then click post reply
When you upload it sometimes has an option for size. If you choose medium instead of large it sometimes will come through.
