Aberdeen played the point for Dr. Pepper this year so he'd be a solid backup. He's a taller pg than Bonham at 6'4. Aberdeen is also a very good ft shooter at over 82% this past year and hit some clutch free throws vs Olympia down 2 to send the game to OT.

Some Jack will tell you "when compared to 40 minutes per game, level of competition, worth the price of the ticket alone, he can't carry Ques' jock strap".

He serves as my symbol of the Mike White era. I would never have heard of the kid if he had not signed with Florida. Maybe Golden would have signed him out of the portal. The kid did score 24 points against Golden’s team this past season.

I am going to block you, but what is wrong with you? You seem to have some serious issues.

Yeah, they changed the rule on that after he left. You can't throw your leg out there into the defender to get a foul. Probably call it the Boynton Rule.

I like the sound of Bonzo to Castleton for the jam.

Use the internet and Google: OCD.

It is likely to say "see Glover and tampajack1".

    Just a suggestion.

My guess is that applies to most of us constantly posting about Gator basketball. However, you won’t find my name under Gator basketball fans who think that Glover, Nembhard, Lewis and others didn’t succeed at Florida despite the brilliant developmental skills of Coach White.

Dan Cross couldn't miss a free throw in the last 3 minutes.

White would have played Steph at the 4 and benched him if he tried to shoot from 25 feet.

I played against Dan Cross during pickup BBall at the Florida Gym. Matter of fact, I partially tore my meniscus on a bad landing trying to dunk on a fast break the last time I went against him on another team. Before anyone gets confused about what I’m saying, no… I wasn’t trying to dunk on him. I was several steps in front of the closest defender. But from what I remember about him, the guy was head and shoulders so much better and more refined than anyone I had played against. He looked like an NBA player vs regular ballers and he wasn’t even trying his hardest. Dude was legit.

He mostly stayed to himself at the gym and shot around. At least when I saw him. The football players were around a lot more socially than the basketball players for some reason. I bumped into Udonis Haslem at a party once and we talked a little. Eddie Shannon was a cool dude too, but I didn’t really know many if the basketball players. I knew quite a few football players, though.

For the past seven years, we have been playing 6'5" and 6'3" guys at the 4 for long stretches including as starters. Playing someone at 6'7" with a 7'0" wingspan is an upgrade even if he is underweight for the position.

One point and one question. The point - I thought that Dan Cross was an NBA-level player. I have wondered why it didn’t happen. The question - When you’re driving in for a dunk, do you go off that little trampoline with both feet or just one?

Cheese was pretty good at the line late. Not great, but pretty good.
