    Yeah, sounds more like a side effect from uncontrolled diabetes than medical malpractice.

    That's not what I mean to say. My dad had it and he almost lost some toes due to complications from diabetes...

    How do you mess up a surgery to the point that you lose 2 toes? Losing toes to diabetes is more common, that's the point.
