FYI -- 5PM deadline to get your season ticket seats for the tournament.

If there was a way to renew some but not all of the season tickets, I couldn't find it. So I have two extra seats located on the aisle about six rows behind the team. If anyone wants them (FREE!) just send me a private message. The only catch is that you have to promise to attend and root for UF. No Florida A&A fans!

She had a slight sprain that stiffened up. She wants to protect herself for the next step in her volleyball career. At least that's what's being said. Top woman easily make six figures with the highest paid making over $1M.

She has higher thoughts of her abilities than she displayed on the court

Folks, don't be too hard on Ceasar. I'm sure she appreciates the free undergraduate degree she got from a top-five university -- a degree will serve her well for the rest of her life. Leaving a few games early is just her way of showing her thanks to UF.

I have no idea what happened with her, not going to condemn her without all the facts. Maybe really did quit on the team, or maybe she legitimately has depression issues, family issues, physical issues etc.
Either way, time for others to step up.

Even if you have a "slight sprain" and make a decision that you don't want to risk playing which might interfere with your $$$ plans for next year, why quit the team? Why not go out there and support your team from the bench, be a teammate, share your experience as a red-shirt senior with the freshman, and uplift your teammates? Why bail on them as they begin the NCAA tournament?

We may not have all the facts, but I think we have most of them.

I think a terrible precedent was created when it somehow became "okay" for football players to blow off the bowl games to protect their standing in the NFL draft.

You could be right, Im only saying that she cited her mental health in her goodbye. So there may be more going on that we don’t know about. And in the end she’s a 22 year old kid who I don’t know personally, so whatever it is it is, it’s not worth me questioning her character over.
I will say though that if she was unhappy it could have become a locker room problem, and TV then this might not be a bad thing. Maybe a lighter happier vibe around the team.

Ever since Osaka cited it at the French open I think this is a easy out to not look quite so much as quitting as protecting yourself.
