I have seen that same screen several times. It usually goes away within a day and several re-starts/re-boots. Always thought it was my computer or wifi.
I do not know why it formats like that at times, it does the same for me. However if I refresh a time or two it formats correctly I will @solari to see if he as any insights.
As the other folks above have said this is usually a temporary annoying 'feature.' I believe it is being caused by some sort of synchronization issue at the web server causing some of the style sheets used by the site to not get loaded. That is why it looks like something from a few decades ago. I am usually able to clear it by just refreshing the browser window. I have only seen this occur once or twice in the last several months.
Downtown Jacksonville around 1950 or so. This is Main Street, you can see the Main Street bridge in the distance. On the right is my uncle’s store, Ferrell Jewelers. At one point he had “Ferrell’s” written in silver dollars in the sidewalk at the front entrance of the store. Anybody remember that?
