The lessons learned part is something I was thinking about yesterday. The only lesson I can see is to trust the experts. And I don't think that lesson will stick with most, sadly.

If it weren't for our free and unfettered press we would have only the government and internet warriors and bloggers of unknown ethical stance to tell us what is going on. I pay for access to 2 newspapers online and buy the weekly local. Very bad time to be in the newspaper business. One reporter and one columnist friend of mine have lost their jobs in just the past 2 weeks.

Not sure how I feel about this. Kushner is apparently the real covid czar it would seem. If he gets results I guess I would rather have him managing it than Trump

Behind the scenes, Kushner takes charge of coronavirus response

What started two-and-a-half weeks ago as an effort to utilize the private sector to fix early testing failures has become an all-encompassing portfolio for Kushner, who, alongside a kitchen cabinet of outside experts including his former roommate and a suite of McKinsey consultants, has taken charge of the most important challenges facing the federal government: Expanding test access, ramping up industry production of needed medical supplies, and figuring out how to get those supplies to key locations.

Kushner has even obtained a new center of power at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the crisis-response organization that's taken over coronavirus strategy and planning -- and where Kushner and his deputies ride herd on the health agencies that had been criticized for their slow responses to the pandemic earlier this year.

He's wrapped up peace in the middle east, so now he needs another side project to keep himself busy.

This isn’t the flu. Anybody still trying to argue that is being intentionally obtuse.

Bet you it is pretty up there. My brother lives in Rogers, AR and it is gorgeous.

As you may remember, we have property outside of Ada. Not a beautiful part of the state but it is a decent size spread and we have made it into something special.

Where we are at, it is pretty flat but go just a little east and you get some rolling hills. Beautiful Grand Lake is 15 miles south as well.

The President mentioned the other day to have business meals being fully deductible for businesses as a way to help the restaurant and entertainment industry. What is everyone's thoughts?

Anything that helps. Let everyone deduct meals from restaurants so people order.
