    Wrong...no one person is bigger than the program. Maybe he asked for to a big of a cut on the merch..sorry that rev pays for other sports ...so C-ya have fun UCLA

    Don't understand the lovefest for Willie Taggert..When Kevin Sumlin gets fired he would be a great fit at UF..

    Totally agree. I havent rules I out yet...

    But I think we should all express our appreciation to Tilly for dropping us subtle "clues" in the thread heading and at least giving us an idea of what might be going on.

    How is it a mess? We stopped oursleves from getting a guy that was pushing ppl around before he even started..mind you this is the same guy who had a show clause from the NCAA..no thanks

    Pete got absolute control at USC
    Michigan gave Jim absolute control

    Chip wanted what other coaches got. UF wouldn't give it. We just don't care enough about being elite. Simple as that.

    Why hire Sumlin when Les Miles is available? Yea, Sumlin has a better offense, but Les's teams play defense. And Les won a lot more at LSU.

    If we cannot afford a big time coach then so be it. It’s life and then we clearly aren’t a top 5 program.

    However it seems like we aren’t offering full control. That is a major problem because in 2017 you won’t get any top tier guys unless you offer full control. Kelly Frost Gundy Patterson, etc. It is a non starter if don’t give them the keys
