You're conflating two things. Biden could be aligned with our European allies on the war such that they didn't have to worry he'd go rogue and unilaterally make deals with Putin without including Ukraine or European leaders. Separately, he could also be an embarrassment due to his age and declining mental faculties.

 

Unlike Biden who may check one box the difference is that Trump checks both boxes, not only would he go rogue and make deals with Putin a very real possibility he is also an embarrassment due to his age and declining mental faculties not to mention his narcissistic personality disorder which is recognized by the European leaders and explains why they feel the need to constantly praise him while avoiding the least amount of criticism.
