Why not? Most of them are posted in their entirety anyway. Doesn't look like they're letting them ask questions, just attend.
Now it could be whistling past the graveyard but I've heard the offense has looked good but some of that could be bad defense.
Imagine after the aTm game last year? The little bit of cash v. angry boosters at the PC would not be worth the risk.
Meh, you just remove them. No schools want anyone disrupting the press conference. I'm sure you make being silent, seen, and not heard part of the deal to get access. I have zero interest in it and probably wouldn't even go if you bought my ticket, but I would have easily made it through the PC after the TAMU game without throwing a temper tantrum.
Pictures without the ball in the hands are worth nothing. The receiver ain't caught it and the defenders ain't prevented it. The comment about Beck is money though.
I watch Locked on Seminoles from time to time to "check in" on the competition. The author of this piece clearly has Gator bias, but hey, after the 3 - 63 bowl annihilation followed by 2 - 10, UF fans have a right to poke at the Seminoles a little bit. Locked on Seminoles and what seems to be a big part of that fan base seem to think FSU's record last year was an aberration and the Noles will "bounce back" in 25. Nobody is suggesting they will win the ACC or pop into the College Football playoffs but the consensus seem to think 7-5 or 8-4 is a reasonable expectation. Hey their fan base is like every other, they have optimism. To be fair, Norvell has tried to right the ship. He hired some decent assistant coaches, had a "fair" transfer portal, and is recruiting HS kids at a higher level than I expected. On the flip side, the author of the article did mention one key fact: Under Norvell: Mike Norvell went 29-9 with Jordan Travis as his QB. He is 4-18 during his time at FSU when someone besides Travis has been his QB. Let that sink in. This off season: * Norvell seemed a bit "unhinged" at his press conference. * Castellanos has given Bama plenty of locker room press "clippings" for motivation. * The "Locker Room" just had a physical altercation between a coach and player and just lost a projected #2, experienced depth piece, at Safety over it. * The player turnover was significant, I don't know the numbers but the Noles are essentially a completely different team, new players, new coaches, new system. And Norvell is on a very HOT seat. I think it was bad luck for them to have to start the new "regime", at home, in a renovated stadium, against BAMA. I am not fan of the crimson, but outside of two maybe three starters on a roster of 25, I give the tide the edge in "talent" at almost every position, and the depth edge is HUGE. I see an ass whippin coming myself. And if Georgia Tech taught us anything from last years FSU opener, a Norvell team can slide into the abyss pretty quick. I'm not sold, yes, they are in the always crappy conference aka the ACC, and (should) be able to win a half dozen by right of that schedule, but they have to prove it. I don't think Castellanos is superman by any stretch and would call him "serviceable", why FSU put their chips in with him is interesting. I don't know, perhaps Gus can turn things around but I don't see it. Me, I got em at 6 - 6, squeak in a bowl, and lose to finish 6 - 7.
I'll bet that Pat Dooley said something about not wanting "Gidiots" in the Pressers with those journalistic bastions of principal.
