As he should. A lot of money was made behind the scenes during that period of time.

Most Democrats have mastered the art of stealing from the government, so that’s not surprising.

He means this thread would be easier for him if we could discuss the subtle differences between Fox News and Fox Business. If you notice, they part their hair differently on Fox Business.

Circa 1975 my dad owned a house next to a wet depression and supported a family of eighteen on a computer programmer's salary. I'm including the dogs of course. (We suspected that the neighbors were sending their dogs over at dinnertime.) Then we'd all wallow in the "pond" (a.k.a., the swamp) and complain about the price of meat, why we had to eat "breadloaf" for dinner every damn night, and who would risk his life by volunteering to turn the air conditioner setting down to 84 degrees. Ahh, childhood!

As of Jan 21, 2025, you couldn't do that anymore. They filled in the pond.

I'm not a Democrat, so maybe it should be?

None of this is important. The important thing to remember that the Russian and Chinese economies are sucking.

No need to listen to warnings or even Dems. Listen to your wallet

Wholesale prices rose far more than expected in July, providing a potential sign that inflation is still a threat to the U.S. economy, a Bureau of Labor Statistics report Thursday showed.

The producer price index, which measures final demand goods and services prices, jumped 0.9% on the month, compared with the Dow Jones estimate for a 0.2% gain. It was the biggest monthly increase since June 2022.

Excluding food and energy prices, core PPI rose 0.9% against the forecast for 0.3%. Excluding food, energy and trade services, the index was up 0.6%, the biggest gain since March 2022.

Wholesale prices rose 0.9% in July, much more than expected

The initial shutdowns were during his administration. I 2021 he had nothing to do with them continuing, but again, states and cities decided.

But he didn't orchestrate those shutdowns so it really isn't on him. Plenty of other stuff, but not this.

He said shut down schools and encouraged people in effected areas to avoid restaurants.

Not sure I see proof that he ordered businesses to shut down. Or even told the governors to shut down businesses.

Schools aren't what I am discussing.

I guess the only thing you could possibly get from all this is his lack of communication skills.
