Jermaine Cunningham (the one who was actually on the team at the time) had his charges dismissed when the Jimmy Johns worker said that Cunningham wasn’t the one who had done anything.

It was Jon Demps (who had already been kicked off the team before that) and a former LSU wide receiver who had to actually face the music for throwing a sandwich and empty paper cups during a dispute over a $1 bag of chips.
