This is an awesome idea, wish UF would do it. It's not expensive to do and I'd rather that than the coasters they've been sending. Although the coasters are nice.

 

UF was still offering them after they went fully digital at the gate. Did they stop?

I was just told that the person buying the ticket ( the ticket transferred to the buyer), can either use the regular scan the ticket..or they can then register for face recognition..I might try it for the first game..

 

If it works, facial recognition is way faster. Love going through the cruise ports that utilize it.

 

Was told it was used successfully at student gates last year and at softball games..

 

+/- 90k vs +/- 3k, so won't be surprised if there's some kinks. Sure makes getting off the boat a breeze though.
