You’re right. I thought Trent was gonna carve out a David Nelson niche with us but it wasn’t meant to be. Creed now at Utah

You always pull (at least I do) for the legacy guys.

Part of that could have been the coaches we had at the time. And not all brothers are equally talented, so... there's that to consider.

I also here there's another legacy, McGriff (Travis' son Keil) coming up to college football age.

I've still got a sour taste from Trent quitting during the season, and leaving the team horribly shorthanded at wr. Think UF wins in Tally that year if they have healthy guys at wideout

Yes, I didn't feel good about how some left at that time. It shows you can be left high and dry by legacies as well, who i feel like already have advantages over those who arent. I am more interested that the cream rises to the top than that legacies succeed.

Is that the AR game where he almost pulled it out? I was there for that one if so and we just couldnt tackle Travis, he was a badass that day.

I think he could have slid outside to Shorter's slot, had he stayed. Instead, he went to UCF and crushed it with a 6 catch season.

The grass is not always greener. Rare that a player not earning time on the field at UF can transfer to a similar level program and have greater success elsewhere. Whether skill, work ethic, academics, drugs, women, …, something prevents them from being great elsewhere as well

Such is life for college athletes that don't come from super wealthy families and spend college taking Intro to Arithmetic type classes. The good news is I imagine business is very good since people will recognize his name right away. Also probably given all kinds of preferential treatment from higher ups. Goes through training first week and then that weekend is the branch president's lake house while his fellow trainees are blasting LinkedIn to try and build their book of business.

Agents can do quite well. If not mistaken, Wayne Peace's career was as a State Farm insurance agent in Lakeland.

I would bet (pun intended) that sports betting is pretty common among athletes in all conferences.
