The Dems here... after four freaking years of Biden's crippling inflation have the nerve to complain about the economy we have now is rich with HYPOCRISY. The Dems here lost ALL CREDIBILITY after voting for that vegetable named Biden. That clown (Biden) ruined millions of American lives with his BS political policies. The Dems need to take a seat and reflect on what they did to us these last four year...
Gas and fuel oil are down sharply. Electricity is up slightly because the lazy utilities are not building enough power generation to meet demand.
The ENTIRE planet was dealing with inflation from 2021-2024. Stop acting like Biden controlled the global inflation problem. And now TACO's new appointment doesn't want to release monthly job numbers. Unreal.
Do you buy anything? Food? Clothes or shoes? Batteries? Replacement windshield wiper blades for your car? Dude - just about everything is costing a lot more this year, no matter what the economists or politicians say.
^ folks, this is spot on. Pesky inflation above 2% is not good. The market is expecting 4 rate cuts and inflation is not tamped down yet. We have to see unemployment get up there. Good luck to all. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
After peaking in 2022 the rate of inflation has been declining. Trump's policies have been reversing the trend and his "winning" tariffs have yet to really bite. Expect higher significantly higher prices on coffee (imported from Brazil) and produce imported from Mexico.
How are we able to blame Biden for inflation? I thought he was asleep and is unable to tell us what day it is.
Dems want the Biden inflation back so bad. Their dream of total destruction of the American way is just going to have to wait a while longer.
Dictatorship isn't the American way. That's actually your dream and you're hoping Trump pulls it off.
Inflation during Biden's years was global, with the US around the average. Currently, Canada's inflation rate is 1.86%, almost a full point lower than the US. The entire EU's rate is about 2.3%. And our core inflation rate is above 3% again. Can you tell me why any of these numbers are good for the average American? And why Trump's tariffs aren't a major driver of why our inflation rate is higher than many other countries?
Not to mention Biden inherited a Covid economy in absolute shambles due to the mismanagement of Trump the first time, but lets conveniently leave that out.
