US Air Force to deny retirement pay to transgender service members being separated from the service

A lot of people and organizations have become more enlightened in recent years. A lot of people don’t like the enlightenment.

Did the vaccine stop the spread of COVID to other people?

 

Enlightened isn't how you evolve science.
The change was based on nothing other than "enlightenment".

But regardless if it wasn't hate to call it a disorder 6 years ago, (and most folks likely don't even realize the term changed), then for MOST folks it isn't hate today.

 

I don’t know. My guess is that it helped stop the spread somewhat. Regardless, the rule regarding military vaccinations was well intentioned, while the rule regarding trans people is cruel.Hindsight is great for maybe not repeating mistakes of the past. But, that’s about it.

 

If it’s not hate, then it’s cruelty. There is a thin line between the two. Somewhere around 50% of trans people have attempted suicide, while about 90% or so have thought about it. There are legitimate issues with respect to trans people playing sports, locker rooms, bathrooms to use, etc. However, they are being addressed, seemingly, by the right in an extremely cruel way.
