(SB) Ongoing UF Softball Commentary

I spelled her name wrong. It is Danni.
She was on the 2019 and 2020 rosters.
She did graduate from UF.

 

The scoreboard was on at KSP yesterday and today.
When I went by this morning, CTW and I believe CAT were standing near the mound with two young ladies.
Does anyone know who they might be?

 

She's the one that I was sure would be the next Aleshia Ocasio, based on her high school carear pitching and her preferred position at 2B. I banged that drum loud and long in this forum, until I eventually retreated in shame since I was totally wrong.

But I'm glad life is turning out well for her -- nice person, as is her mom.

Know next to nothing about her. Playing for Batbusters-Stith is a huge plus. This may have something to do with what was going on yesterday at KSP. Her 2025 Alliance numbers look pretty good. She is a 2026 so she joins a good group, if they all stick. Player Profile

 

This is strange. She is fifth on the leaderboard. But Rachel Garcia is ahead of her and she is off to China with the USA National team. That may have bumped Kendra up. Boy is she getting a baptism of fire right off the bat. Pulling for her.

 

She is the new 2026 commit to the Gators.

I think he is talking about Farley. Or perhaps I am the one confused.

 

He is talking about Danni Farley. She was one of the pitchers that Coach Bosch failed to develop. I remember when we signed her. We stole her from under FSU‘s nose in recruiting. She had a lot of promise. I was disappointed when she was not developed correctly.
