Back then there were a lot of diseases that there was no treatment for. Better to be safe than sorry. My family started coming in 1904.

Liberals think Alligator Alcatraz is simply horrible yet .... their handling of the illegal immigration problem yields something far worse. This illegal was previously found guilty of DWI ....

Two Wisconsin teens would 'still be alive' if not for sanctuary policies protecting illegal immigrant

An illegal alien from Honduras faces deportation after allegedly driving while intoxicated and crashing, killing two teenagers in Dane County, Wisconsin.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against 30-year-old Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila, who was charged in the deaths of 18-year-old Hallie Helgeson and 19-year-old Brady Heiling.

“Hallie Helgeson and Brady Heiling had their whole lives ahead of them—and they would still be alive today if it weren’t for Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila—a criminal illegal alien from Honduras,” Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said. “Martinez-Avila recklessly drove the wrong way on a highway while intoxicated and killed these two teens.

“ICE has lodged an arrest detainer to remove this public safety threat from the U.S.,” she continued. “Unfortunately, this sanctuary jurisdiction has a history of not honoring ICE arrest detainers often leading to the release of murderers and other heinous criminals. Under Secretary Noem, these precious victims will not be forgotten, and we will fight for justice.”

Did Desantis ever say why a facility made of tents is costing $450 million per year and why they haven't audited spending although state law requires it? We are spending 5x the amount of money per person compared to other correctional facilities in the state

Are they ever going to tell us why it cost $450 million to running area of tents? That's the same cost as running a standard permanent prison. But we all know whenever Desantis is involved so a lot of money being wasted and will ultimately go missing

^ Imagine being happy the tax base is paying for this at the same time that the Trump is starting to tell his followers they've been conned ..... and the illegal immigrants will be staying.

So what you and Meatball Ron DeSanctimonious are saying is that holding immigrants whose only "crime" is lack of documentation in unspeakable conditions in what is in effect is a concentration camp is justified because a very small number of undocumented aliens have murdered Americans.

Or will end up in the pockets of contributors to his political campaigns and the Republican Party although that may just be another way of saying wasted.

One fun thing about this thread is that, like so many others, fans of Meatball Ron are the same as MAGAphiles - they don't even bother to try and deny that their political heroes probably grifted a ton of money from things like this.
