What does fast and loose even mean? He had a long and distinguished career. He then built a case that was ultimately dismissed by cannon who helped trump run out the clock on accountability.

Jack Smith is being investigated for prosecuting Trump while the Donald was running for office. Using the same criteria the prosecutors responsible for prosecuting Bob Menendez (both times), George Santos and Rod Blagojevich just to name a few politicians who were subject to federal prosecution should also be investigated by the OSC for allegedly violating the Hatch Act.

Submitting the evidence to a grand jury before proceeding with any charges is probably a pretty good start. Say, do you remember when four different grand juries of private citizens delivered appx 90 felony indictments on Trump? Sorry to disappoint, but "but I love Donald Trump so so much!!" doesn't change the facts in these cases.

What makes Jack Smith a bastard? He was investigating Trump‘s taking classified documents, including top – secret documents, with him to Mar-a-Lago and elsewhere. He also was investigating the January 6, 2021 insurrection.
