It's a terrible metric. Many hits on Google are just aggregates of the same article/story.You can literally get 1000's of hits on one story.

Also Google algorithms know your preferences and your searches will reflect that.

 

Depending on your POV you’ll find myriad supportive entries, on Google … or you’ll find yourself in the wilderness.

Maybe it's just me but I don't think one would be arrested for kissing his own grandchildren and by the way those photos have been intentionally misrepresented in social media.
