There is some kind of review process to make sure the deal has an NIL business purpose and isnt naked "pay for play", but I suspect most endorsements fit that mold and pass muster. I assume all it would take is someone being able to buy your jersey number & name on it. Now that schools can deal directly there will probably be a little less rinky dink endorsements in name only. But we'll see.

The title of Trump‘s executive order, believe it or not, is: “ President Donald J Trump Saves College Sports.” Considering that flattery gets you everywhere with Trump, perhaps this is the way to change his presidency so that it doesn’t destroy all kinds of things near and dear to us. How about a climate change executive order titled: “President Donald Trump Saves Mankind.” How about another one named: “President Donald Trump Saves Starving Children.“

That’s the title of their press release about it. The executive order itself is titled “Saving College Sports.”

Thanks for the correction. However, be careful. I don’t wanna see in the newspaper that Gator Ben has pissed off President Donald J Trump and is being sent to Alligator Alcatraz.

Where is all the Trump is a racist outcry on this.

Black student-athletes are overrepresented in sports like football and men's basketball. For instance, Black men can make up a significant portion of football and basketball teams, exceeding 50%, while comprising a smaller percentage of the overall student body.

Can't you see this is just another case of Trump trying to keep down the underprivileged black man?

This is really great news. Thanks Bill. So Trump blessed the House settlement and, arguably, made it more difficult for legal challenges to that settlement. I truly doubt he can explain to anyone what he actually signed. Staying in the sports world, which Trump seems to be getting heavily involved in, he wants the names of two NFL teams to be changed back to their former Native American-related names. And, most importantly, he and his administration refused to grant travel visas to the Venezuelan championship senior Little League team to travel to the United States to participate in the senior little league world championships. Have we ever had a president this stupid, mentally ill, and cruel?
