Legally that is not the case. The founders of our Republic didn't want it to be easy to charge someone with treason.

Legally, to nail someone for treason, we have to be at war and the person in question has to be guilty of giving aid to the enemy.

 

Given Tulsi's success in exposing the RussiaGate hoax, it's pretty obvious that a Master Move for Trump would be to turn over the "Epstein Files" to Gabbard.

There should be two levels of treason, treason and high treason. What Obama did to so many dozens of people, NOT only to President Trump, was treason on a lower level. Obama MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
