I would maybe look at the track record of successfully prosecuting high profile people for sex-related charges. Its like R Kelly, Harvey Weinstein and Cosby (and he's out now). And they are outsiders somewhat being Jewish / Black, and perhaps not at the peak of their careers. And even with that, Diddy got off on minor charges. I'm sure there is also a mutually assured destruction element when it comes to the political angle as well.

Do we know who those people who originally received immunity were? Wiki page says the corrupt Acosta deal involved 4 named co-conspirators and any “potential unnamed” co-conspirators? I would assume Maxwell must have been one of the 4 *named* so they obviously found a way around the original shoddy deal. How much force of law could there be to protect “unnamed co-conspirators”? Did they even have to sign anything? I was aware Acosta ended up in the Trump admin, which obviously itself was eyebrow raising.

Obama had zero activity with this during his administration. trump was the one who raided his buddy's home, so would't he have had his hands on it first? During Biden, they charged and convicted Maxwell. That would have been evidence, but if trump had deep sixed the "list", Biden wouldn't have had one to release now would he have? For one, he's not the brightest bulb. That's pretty much all he's got. They just accused Obama of open treason (Trump's words) and sedition (in the report) but aren't going to bring charges. Let that sink in for a second. This isn't some cute name, it's a direct charge with crystal clear allegations (treason, sedition). No charges? Really? How is that even possible. People have been executed for this over our history. But no charges. Just "throwing it out there" I guess. If you ever wanted to see complete intellectual bankruptcy, this is it.
