You think they'd take it that far? I assumed they came out with this now just to deflect away from Epstein. But maybe they'll try to push it in hearings or in the court. I can't imagine they'd get very far unless they really do have evidence of something more than what's already been reported.
But they'd get plenty of Fox News headlines about bombshells and if it gets laughed out of court, his supporters will just agree that Trump is being treated unfairly yet again.

Almost two hours ago, the current president claimed the former president is guilty of treason and yet there's no post here about it. There's no major breaking news across the airwaves. I think Trump believes the theory I have seen on MAGA Twitter that Obama was really the one controlling the Biden Admin since a bunch of his former staffers were part of it. That would mean that Obama was the one who was driving the DoJ to target Trump and work with the other prosecutors to do that.
