So his solution is to make a victim of rape who chooses to have an abortion potentially send someone to prison for life based solely on her decision to get an abortion? Like a girl or woman doesn’t have a hard enough decision on her hands already?
Well, he is basically setting an impossible barrier unless abortion is formally considered murder. In which case, how would there be this “exception” that he is supposedly addressing? It’s MURDER! Essentially it is his “clever” way of calling abortion murder but, if you are willing to take him at his word, the punishment would shift to the rapist. He thinks he has found a way to declare abortion murder, and the lucky opening he has stumbled upon is women who were raped. What a wonderful development! And if abortion isn’t declared murder, well, congrats to the new moms!
