The issues themselves are completely unrelated except that when Trump instructed Republican members how to vote on all three issues they fall in line. When Trump says "Jump!" their response id "How high, sir?". I would also add that the Donald and therefore Republicans in Congress has done a complete 180 on both the Epstein files (his AG was going to release them until she wasn't) and crypto (Trump called it a scam until he received large campaign contributions from crypto bros and until he, himself, could monetize it to the tune of billions of dollars).
While good news it's the expansion of an existing plant. It's not a completely new investment. By the way this from 2021 Rolls-Royce to expand mtu Aiken Plant to add remanufacturing and overhaul capabilities And this is from 2024 Rolls-Royce: Powering the Future in Aiken - Manufacturing in South Carolina
From 2023 LNG fever: European firms sign mega-contracts as US shale gas imports boom A growing volume of US shale gas is exported in the form of liquefied natural gas (LNG), with Europe the top destination. Most of this LNG begins as shale gas extracted in the fracking areas of Texas and Louisiana. It is then piped to export terminals on the Gulf of Mexico where it is liquefied to -162 degrees Celsius and shipped overseas. Since LNG exports were authorised by the Obama administration in 2016, more than 4,000 cargoes have shipped around 370 billion cubic metres (bcm) to 42 countries. Seven large-scale export terminals are now in operation, and more than a dozen are planned in the coming decade.
This is sooooooo amazing! Business deals didn't happen before Trump, and nobody signed contracts to business deals ..... ..... but NOW people do business deals and so they sign contracts and it's all because of our hero Donald Trump, who was sent by God!!! (to make businesses do business deals) (Imagine regularly posting such pap)
We spend more on everything. Education, health, the military. Part of it is because we can--we have the #1 economy with the largest GDP in the world. Part of it is because of lawsuits. The U.S. has one of the most litigious societies in the world. If something goes wrong, or can be made to appear to go wrong, there will be a lawsuit. And the amount awarded will usually be orders of magnitude greater than what the claimant actually lost. Any industry that deals with large numbers of people can be targeted for lawsuits. Fear of lawsuits leads to defensive measures that cost more money.
Trump sets a new record! All, hail Trump! Trump's disapproval rating just hit 55%, which is apparently a new record. Trump Just Broke A New Record — And He Won’t Be Happy About It I feel bad for the brain-dead people who will continue to support Trump until the end of his term. You know there will be a few that can't admit they were wrong. They just don't have the maturity to admit that they were wrong, and they are hoping that Trump accidentally does something positive that they can crow about.
You continue to fail to understand, and likely never will understand, that this is not a fight between the left and the right. This is a fight for saving our country. If Trump succeeds in deporting 14 million immigrants and imposing enormous, tariffs, this economy is going down the crapper. If Trump manages to completely get rid of the United States’ efforts to address climate change, then this country and the rest of the world is going down the crapper. We can go on and on. Hoping that Trump does not succeed is the same as hoping that the country succeeds.
At least he is still way ahead of Congressional Democrats. Job approval for congressional Democrats hits all-time low: ‘Flat out terrible’ 19% is way lower that 45%. Dems are making Trump look great. Did I do this right @gator_jo ?
