Just absolutely hilarious. The criminality and kookery of the Trump Administration simply knows no bounds. But we've known that for a long time, of course.

Also; It's fun to watch Pam Bondi shred all pretenses of being an agent for justice. Way to go, Pam.

The federal government on Saturday dismissed charges against a Utah plastic surgeon accused of throwing away Covid-19 vaccines, giving children saline shots instead of the vaccine and selling faked vaccination cards.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a post on the social media platform X that charges against Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, of Midvale, Utah, were dismissed at her direction.

A federal grand jury on Jan. 11, 2023, returned an indictment against Moore, his Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc., others associated with the clinic and a neighbor of Moore's. The indictment alleged more than $28,000 of government-provided Covid-19 vaccine doses were destroyed.

They were also accused of providing fraudulently completed vaccination record cards for over 1,900 doses of the vaccine in exchange for either a cash or a donation to a specified charitable organization. The government also alleged some children were given saline shots, at their parents' request, so the minors believed they were getting the vaccine.

Although I don't know anything about the guy it's reasonable to assume that he's a hero among the anti-vaxxers who are part of the MAGA coalition.

The charges aren’t for destroying tests. He gave fake shots and charged the government for them. Then he gave false vaccine cards. Both crimes against the government. He made money for giving vaccines he didn’t give. He destroyed the vaccine to avoid unexplained inventory. To cover up his crimes. This should be prosecuted.

Yup. I just pasted article headline, may change it. But this is potentially just straight up fraud, just obvious outright criminality.

Imagine being Pam Bondi and doing this. Imagine being a grown American adult and supporting such willful tolerance of crime, just because ..... "That there covid! It's bad. Trump!"

Miserable what they'll do they've done to our country.

    You're referring this guy?

    - Dr. Peter McCullough, who has made a significant number of false statements about the COVID-19 pandemic, is the Chief Scientific Officer of the Wellness Company
    - The Wellness Company is part of the libertarian medical movement which seeks to divorce the practice of medicine from any government or industry influence
    - The solution proposed by the Wellness Company is to get rid of your medical prescriptions and replace them with unproven and disproven dietary supplements
    .

During the COVID-19 pandemic, McCullough advocated for early treatment using the discredited treatments hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin,[29][30][28] criticized the response of the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration,[29] dissented from public health recommendations,[31][28][32] and contributed to COVID-19 misinformation.[33][34][35]

In April 2020, McCullough led a study of the medication hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for COVID-19 for the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. McCullough told The Wall Street Journal that the urgency of the public health crisis justified compromises on best practices in medical research.[36][37] In July, after major studies found hydroxychloroquine was ineffective against COVID-19 and the Food and Drug Administration revoked its emergency use authorization (EUA), McCullough supported a second EUA.[29]

In August 2020, McCullough, Harvey Risch of the Yale School of Public Health, and co-authors published an observational study proposing an early outpatient treatment regimen for COVID-19 in the American Journal of Medicine.[38] Based on previous evidence, the article made recommendations for treating ambulatory COVID-19 patients, but presented no new evidence. The article was shared on social media, mainly by groups which had previously published COVID-19 misinformation, in posts falsely interpreting the publication as an official endorsement by the journal itself of hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for COVID-19.[39][40][41] The Ministry of Health of Brazil endorsed the article on its website, contributing to a severe COVID-19 misinformation problem in Brazil.[39][42][43] The article was criticized in letters to the editors;[44][45][46][47][48] the editors responded that the article included some "hopeful speculations ... What seemed reasonable last summer based on laboratory experiments has subsequently been shown to be untrue".[40][43]

I walked by a pond in my neighborhood a few days ago and heard ducks discussing doctors like Drs. McCullough and Moore. The ducks kept saying quack, quack.

I have a question.....I know nothing about this case but noticed the article you posted showed there was a July 7th rally on the courthouse steps in his defense.......How come there are no videos of the violence and smoke bombs. I thought rallys were supposed to be a bunch of crazy peaceful protestors throwing rocks and things?

    Yes, this guy per Grok:
Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, is a
"distinguished cardiologist with over 1,000 publications and 500+ citations in the National Library of Medicine, establishing him as a leading figure in cardiorenal syndromes. As a former Vice Chief of Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center and professor at Texas A&M, he has a robust academic background from Baylor University, UT Southwestern Medical School, and the University of Michigan. His contributions include co-founding the Cardio Renal Society of America and editing Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine. McCullough received the International Vicenza Award for Critical Care Nephrology and the Simon Dack Award from the American College of Cardiology. His extensive research on heart and kidney disease interplay, along with leadership in community screening via the National Kidney Foundation’s KEEP program, underscores his expertise. Despite controversy over his COVID-19 views, his early treatment protocols, published in the American Journal of Medicine, aimed to reduce hospitalizations. His global lectures at prestigious institutions like the NIH and FDA highlight his influence. McCullough’s commitment to patient care and research solidifies his reputation as an excellent physician."

Dr McCullough is one of the most citéd cardiologists in the world and he recognized the dangers of the COVID vax early on, especially to the heart and blood vessels.

McCullough was on the right side of Covid. If only the idiots would have listened to those who questioned the idiotic medicine being peddled.
