What narrative did a poster invent? A pot farm was raided and at least 10 minors were rescued from Child labor and likely trafficking. Oh wait. You mean inventing the part where it’s orange man’s fault. I agree.

Again I agree. I’m all for legislators imposing and codifying hefty fines for their employment.

Funny thing. I have yet to see one video showing this, and even if one exists, it would obviously be a police officer that would trade places with those thugs in a heartbeat.

In Florida the law is that the owner has to be caught 3 times breaking the law. Even then, they are given 60 days to correct the problem. When was the last time you were caught speeding and they gave you another 2 stops to be fined?

It's fun to watch how they repeat that falsehood.

We are honestly expected to, as an entire nation, disregard what we saw with our own eyes and literally lie about history. Because the lying felon Donald Trump wants that.

    Amazing, really.

I keep hearing that they are for businesses being punished but the only thing they champion is deportation. Why don't the big boys and girls in Washington talk about holding the businesses accountable? They like to cut funding. When can we expect cuts to the farm bill?

Is hiring an illegal the equivalent of operating a motor vehicle at excessive speed? Seems one endangers the well-being of others while the other doesn’t.

We just hired a man to perform some hardscaping and I would not be surprised if his assistant was “undocumented”.

"Remember when the police let all the peaceful Trump protesters into the Capitol, who he had rallied in DC after losing the election, and then the police tricked them by arresting the peaceful protesters? It was so unfair!!"

    Imagine believing that crap.

Imagine peddling that crap to other knowledgeable adults.

Imagine supporting a politician who not only repeatedly told that lie, but insisted that his entire political party also repeat it as the truth. :)

Insane. Hard to believe that this is America.

I do not think that worker died. Read somewhere that the worker is still alive but still in the hospital.

The question is will a future Democratic president pardon them?

    Alive and in critical condition.
Hospital says California farmworker is alive after 30-foot fall during ICE raid
The United Farm Workers union initially said that the man, Jaime Garcia, died. But the Ventura County Medical Center later released a statement that he was alive and in critical condition.

"The family of Mr. Jaime Alanis Garcia has authorized the Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC) to release the following information. Mr. Garcia is currently hospitalized at VCMC and remains in critical condition," VCMC said
    in a statement.

    Oh this is just great!

Gavin Newsom Declares California A Sanctuary State For Child Slavery

SACRAMENTO, CA — In the latest front on his war against the Trump administration's immigration policies, Governor Gavin Newsom officially declared California a sanctuary state for child slavery.

The announcement followed on the heels of Newsom expressing outrage over ICE launching operations to rescue unaccompanied minor immigrants from working in California's marijuana fields, with the governor seeking to provide child slavers with a safe place to do their business.

"It's our duty to provide a place for child slaves to work without fear," Newsom told reporters. "Here in California, we still look to build a bright future, where child slavery can flourish without the dark cloud of interference from the federal government. I will continue to stand up boldly on behalf of child traffickers everywhere. As long as I'm governor, California is the place for child slavery."

One child trafficker who spoke under the condition of remaining anonymous was relieved by Newsom's announcement. "It's great to hear," he said. "It's getting more and more difficult to find places where we can set up shop and really traffic some kidnapped children. Thanks to Gavin Newsom, we can keep fighting to sell these kids for good prices and get rich off of doing horrible things. Thank you, Governor Newsom."
