Of course a literal 5 minute primer on the country, its basic history and culture before he walked in the room could have solved this. These are such easy wins if we want allies around the world. Act like you care for literally less than a lunch break and it plays great back in these countries. But he can’t even do the simple things. Unless you consider constant self indulgent rage simple.
