   I personally think they should be sued if they are grossly contravening federal law. Judicial immunity is broad, but can be susceptible to abuse of discretion, even retaliation. It was never meant to be a “do whatever you want” card.

   Individually naming all the judges and even the clerk tells you all you need to know about this. This administration is a pathetic bunch of losers. They may win this suit based on who is running the USSC but make no mistake for what this is, executive overreach and spite.
