I promise you. You will not be able to cite anything that is unclear in the Texas Law when it comes to the ability to perform an abortion if the Mother's Life is at risk.

And this is where the Christo-fascists have moved the goalposts on the rest of humanity in their efforts to CONTROL women's bodies: biblically since the time of Cain murdered Abel in the Bible, historically and legally, murder is something committed by one independent human being against another independent human being.

As so-called Christians went against biblical teachings and amassed earthly power instead of following the Bible's teachings and have captured our justice system and changed laws to have dominion over women's bodies, effectively merging church and state in a country where there used to be a distinction, doesn't change the fact that abortion is not murder.

All you are really doing is ensuring that Christianity will continue its slow decline to irrelevance due to your ignorance about what made your country special before you decided to uproot the Tree of Liberty and destroy the work of the Founding Fathers because you need to control what happens inside a woman's body:

Separation of church and state - which you have effectively wiped out.

Separation of powers - which you have destroyed under Trump.

Freedom of religion - which you attack daily to increase your chosen religion's power.

Birthright citizenship - which you are trying to overturn right now.

Again, you are ensuring that you will be replaced because people CAN make other choices, most of which does not include unwanted pregnancies that could kill them because of what you support.

In other words, the law of unintended consequences is alive and well and people will not be controlled. They will just suffer and die in many cases because of your extremist beliefs, which IS murder - denying medical care to another human being because your religion told you to.

And let's be clear, your side is the one setting up the concentration camps for immigrants and you don't give two shits if they live or die as long as you don't have to look at them.

Jesus will not recognize ANY of you if you even really believe in Him, which I sincerely doubt - he is just, as usual, a good means to conduct a power grab. Typical behavior for people like MAGA who would follow the Golden Calf of Donald Trump - too power-hungry to consider consequences, too dumb to realize what they are REALLY doing to their own country, and too greedy to care about anything or anyone that doesn't benefit their own bottom line. A toxic combination of stupidity and myopia that the rest of us get to live with the consequences of.

MAGA doesn't believe in free markets, free thoughts, or freedom - they just like to wave the flag and pretend, like they did on January 6th.

So in the end, YOU are the problem you are trying to solve - you just don't realize it!

 

Oh please spare me your piousness. The Bible is filled with war, genocide, and even infanticide - you just choose to ignore it, but God in the Old Testament was ALL IN on it.

Again, religion is poison for a lazy mind that doesn't care to think critically. Historically, societies solved this by having endless wars to educate them in a way they could understand, if they survived at all. No one wants peace like a man who has actually seen the elephant many times.

Now we have tough, gun-toting macho BOYS who try to prove their manhood without all that danger. What it leads to is the obvious downfall of confused BOYS thinking they KNOW until they FAFO, and usually it's innocent people who get to pay for the meltdowns of white males who are insecure about their manhood and have too many firearms to help them along in their desired path to immortality.

The real problem is that some people never develop into mature adults who can think critically and make their own choices dependent on civil laws and cultural norms without a moral daddy telling them what to do.

Case in point - Jesus and Trump now somehow have morphed into the same person for these knuckle-dragging fools in MAGA so they don't ever have to come out of their zone of ignorance, question their bad upbringings/accumulated hypocrisies, and mature as people past those things.

What is interesting about your decision to bring CONTROL into this discussion (with all capital letters I might add) is that is actually one of the underlying personality traits and driving motives of many murderers. Many murderers are people who want CONTROL and they are willing to go to great lengths to obtain it. I definitely think that is the case with this issue. And CONTROLLING people do not like it when they are not in CONTROL. That is when they often murder. And they really really don’t like the people who stand between them and the control they desire.

This is slander. Christians were granted the power to vote when the Constitution was written. That is not the unbiblical anti-Christian act you make it out to be. If Jesus was the political ruler of this country He would outlaw abortion. There is no question about that, and Christians do nothing unbiblical by casting their votes to end abortion.

Also the Bible says nothing about independence being the key characteristic that makes abortion intolerable. In fact sins that prey on the weak and defenseless increase the severity of the evil involved in the act. What the Bible cares about, specifically when it comes to the subject of murder, is being made in God’s image, which all human beings are including the unborn.

Let it be noted that this is an argument that appeals to CONTROL, which you have accused Christians of sinfully seeking. Seeking the approval of man over the approval of God is sin, so this argument does not do anything for me or concern me in the least because what is relevant or popular is not always right.

God is in control not us. God commands, and we do what He commands. Then we trust God with the results. Christianity will survive. It seems to spread most when it sees the fiercest opposition. I am not at all worried about Christianity’s decline. In fact God and those who obey Him cannot lose, not in eternity, and all things work for the good of those who love God. And the reverse is true as well. Those who stiffen their necks in pride and rebellion against God cannot win, not in eternity because God is in control.

Nope…you need to go back and study the history of the separation of church and state. You have wildly distorted the concept, which prevents the establishment of a state religion. Banning murder does not establish a state religion any more than banning theft does. Islam does not get a murder exception and neither does western moral nihilism.

I am sympathetic to this critique of a Trump 2.0 Presidency. I would prefer Trump use the legislative branch more to accomplish his agenda.

Religion is constrained by fundamental human morality. Religions that teach things like murder and theft should be prosecuted to the full extent that the law allows.

I am not trying to overturn anything. Birthright citizenship is not a staple moral issue, though. It is a constitutional issue, and I’ll let the Constitutional experts hammer that one out.

You clearly reject the Bible as a source of moral truth. That is what binds the rest of this incoherence together. And yes it is incoherent because you can’t deny God, then also argue on the basis of God’s standards of morality simultaneously. That is having your cake and eating it too. So it needs to be asked…If you reject the Bible as your standard of moral truth, then by what standard do you know any one of these things you find morally reprehensible are wrong?

It is hard to debate when one refuses to offer their thoughts. And civil law is based off of moral law. There really is no debate on that. But if you are a true atheist. You certainly have more faith than I. And have no reason to follow civil law.
