I don’t recall prior admins doing performative nonsense either way on the Epstein list. Look at the title of the thread, now the list doesn’t exist? Those aren’t little white lies or political spin. Two polar opposite statements, so one must obviously be a straight up lie. Epstein's crimes got a lot of attention because there were victims who were minors and there was speculation that he was blackmailing powerful men. I am not sure how common Federal prosecutions are when rich people pay adults to travel for sex. Diddy is currently facing up to 20 years (though I do not know if that would have even charged as stand-alone crimes), and the reported criminal investigation into Matt Gaetz was dropped even though one of the women might have been underage at the time. I'm not sure what to make of how such cases are typically handled. In any event, Epstein's contact list had been out there for years, but I am skeptical that the Feds had a list of names of perpetrators and related evidence. IF men who sexually abused minors are being protected because they're too big to fail, that seems even worse than the alternatives - such as whether they intentionally misled the public about what was in the file.

Politics is basically like watching your favorite soccer team losing in the final 5 minutes…against a central or South American opponent. Also, what happened to the thousands of video tapes that 25 or so FBI agents were pulled in to review? And, why did it take so long to get rid of all the damaging evidence against Trump?
