Trump administration withholding $6B for after-school, summer programs

Heard something about them freezing all the Title monies pending review

 

this is just more liberal bs being thrown at the wall hoping, no praying that something will stick

this move was rescinded immediately as soon as it was learned how it would affect summer school programs

 

More lile how many times is the administration going to demonstrate their incompetence by making an announcement ot taking action just to immediately reverse course because they somehow overlooked an extremely likely adverse consequence?

 

I wonder why no Republicans condemn this. Either support it, or they're pretending that it didn't happen?

Perhaps they need to write in the work requirement for the kids before releasing the funds. The new DOE anti-woke aspirational goal - no field left unharvested

Perhaps we should have an administration that understands the consequences of its actions before taking them, rather than having “own the libs” as its sole governing principle? How many knee jerk policies have been reversed the past 6 months after the Admin suffered a dose of common sense?

And I suspect if this had affected your grandkids you wouldn’t be so glib about it after the fact.

 

Who cares? I could waste 1/2 my day like the OP does seemingly endlessly and find hundreds of examples by the previous administration.

 

Like what? What Congressional approved funds did the previous administration hold right before it was supposed to be distributed?

 

Uh as I posted I have much better things to do with my day than perusing endless articles and gotcha snapshots.
