The Kremlin thought Russian troops would be greeted as liberators in Ukraine's predominantly Russian speaking south and east. Instead, Ukrainians of all linguistic backgrounds have rallied against the Kremlin's invasion.

This should not have come as a surprise, least of all to the men in Moscow. Russian speaking Ukrainians have been organizing to defend the Ukrainian state from Russian aggression since at least April 2014, when Moscow-backed forces first began seizing administrative buildings in the Ukrainian Donbas region.

"In the first week after those events started, ordinary steelworkers in Mariupol were organizing on the grassroots level to form local patrols," Dr. Olga Onuch, an associate professor at the University of Manchester, told Newsweek. "These were Russian speaking Ukrainians getting together to defend their neighborhoods and their families from Russia itself."

My reality is the same as John Mearsheimer's, Stephen F Cohens RIP, Greg Copley's, the podcast The Duran and on and on and on. Funny how we see 1 reality and you and the MSM see something else. The NY Times is known for spreading State Dept BS narratives, the WaPo spreads CIA narratives. Then the rest of the MSM all too often follows their leads. If you don't want to get suckered try following top X accounts with good reputations. For some reason you like to push institutional narratives

 

I'm good just seeing it through the reporting of the US IC and have done this multiple times so understand most of it based off personal experience.

But you have never worked in Intel. Never served in the military. Never been on a battlefield. But yet, you want to tell me how things that you do not understand, actually work. You seem to be easily led down the road of conspiracy theories by fifth rate "experts," yet you want to explain my profession to me.

 

The War Crimes that Russia is committing in Ukraine are so awful, I do not bring them to this board because they would make any American sick to their stomach and question the how evil like that is permitted to exist in this world. It would also likely violate the rules of what is permitted to be posted. Executing someone by crushing their skull with a sledge hammer is the tip of the iceberg. That alone should make anyone suggesting Putin is telling the truth more often than not to to take a very, very deep look at what they believe and question it.

That is why I continue to engage with the posters that do it. I want to make sure that they show themselves to being OK with that level of evil.

 

There is no Harvard Study that says that. Only someone that has no clue what they are talking about would suggest it. So prove me wrong and post a link to the Harvard Study.

1) For every 100 Ukrainian military killed by Russia how many Ukrainian civilians have been killed?

2) For every 100 Iraqi soldiers killed by the US in the Iraq war how many Iraqi civilians were killed by the US?

3) Who did a better job of killing soldiers while sparing civilians, the US or Russia?
