Gallop poll finds only 36% of dems extremely proud or very proud to be Americans

I have plenty of criticisms about our political division and apparent inability to tackle serious problems. Having said that, I believe America is closer to meeting its stated ideals than it was throughout most if not all historical periods.

 

Why am I not surprised that you are defending communism.

 

I reported this attack on Bill and all conservatives early this morning. What is amazing is this post hasn't been moderated or removed as it deserves to be. Apparently, the attacks of insulting fellow posters and all conservatives is okay. Gee, I thought we had rules against this BS. You should be ashamed of yourself.

 

As someone who is a member Sons of the American Revolution, that's a bold statement. Telling someone who's family helped establish this country to look somewhere else, smh.

 

Am I proud of the US? Absolutely? Am I proud of who we've elected the last 3 elections? Absolutely not. But we are the best country in the world, and some on the left are upset that it's true. It's why more people try to come to our country than any other country.

 

I apologize to the Son's of the American Revolution. My thought is the Son's and Daughter's of the Revolution and those who fought for our independence would not understand your views today.

 

Yeah the whole maga movement is that America is broken and only a fat rich guy from New York can fix it. Go figure.
