The DHS is suing all 15 federal district judges in Maryland for what the DHS claims is illegal automatics injunction:

    MSN

Likely to SCOTUS where the Trump Administration will win again. Slowly, the rogue activist federal district judges is beginning to be brought under control by SCOTUS:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is suing all 15 judges on the Maryland federal bench, arguing the court's policy of automatically pausing certain immigration cases that come before it is unlawful.

Attorneys for the Trump administration argued to the very court they are suing that the policy, imposed through an order the court issued in May, is an "egregious example of judicial overreach."

"A sense of frustration and a desire for greater convenience do not give Defendants license to flout the law," the attorneys wrote in a filing Tuesday. "Nor does their status within the judicial branch."

The Maryland court's standing order requires clerks to immediately enter temporary administrative injunctions in cases brought by alleged illegal immigrants who are challenging their detention.

Hopefully they'll be able to appoint the judges that oversee this complaint, so that it never goes to a hearing or trial. Even if there should be compelling reason for that, such as multiple grand jury indictments.

The next thing DOJ will do is move to recuse these judges because the government is suing them. Which will be denied. The case is DOA. Judges have absolute immunity from suit for their official acts. If you don’t like their rulings, appeal. If it gets to SCOTUS, This will be 9-0 or 8-1 in favor to the judges after the suit is tossed by whoever it is assigned to and the relevant circuit who hears it.

It's the underlings who can't be granted judge powers who placing national injunctions before the cases are looked at by the judges. This procedure is unconstitutional, and it will be won, definitely not going away.

How many district federal judges does one state need? I said this before and I will say it again. The House and Senate should use budgetary maneuvers to downsize the federal district judgeships in the nation... through simple majority reconciliation. And they should also give our current POTUS the job of delegating to his agencies which judgeship to discontinue.

I think 300 district judges are more than enough to do their work.

Where did you get this understanding of how injunctions work? Since you have such a strong opinion, Why don’t you enlighten us on what a party has to show to get an injunction? Who are the underlings tot speak of?
