Straight. Proud American. MAGA hater to the power of 1000. I mean, what's not to hate about open treason?

You can't have it both ways. You have to take a position. He's either destroying the economy or he isn't. And in fact, some tariffs have most definitely been left in place. And in fact, exactly no one would be surprised if he announced a new 100% tariff on EU imports tonight. And in fact, he most likely will impose new tariffs in the near term on someone. Just admit it. The market realizes he's right about tariffs. You act as though he's disavowed tariffs. Investors realize that at the drop of a hat, he could impose new tariffs on anyone. He could impose a tariff on French imports just 'cause...

This is completely random, but VP Vance should consider him in filling the next vacancy on the SCOTUS. Bobby probably keeps him alive well past the century mark. The opinions. Well, they would be legendary. Probably can't, because he's not a barred attorney, right? Trump could fix that with an EO though, right before he hands control over to VP Vance. (or DeSantis, if Vance gets the big head)

Sure, he could announce that. And the market will largely ignore him because TACO and he will announce 2 days from now that the tariff is now 15%.

How? What's the benefit? Seriously, name me 5 companies who are going to see sizable increase in profits now that the tariffs from Germany are a few points lower? Like all things MAGA. Symbolic and meaningless.

He announces many things, he obviously has walked many of them back. The economy is not soaring - it is fine right now - especially given the volatility of his mouth, but it could and would be better if he wasn't all over the place - and pretty much everyone knows that. He adds risk and volatility to the market - which is almost never a good thing. If he was right about tariffs why did he walk them back? His position on that has changed drastically from February. You can't have it both ways either. Further, when he enacts sweeping shit like this, some of it could be good, some of it could be bad. He'll land some shots, miss others. It kind of evens out after a while as long as it's not too crazy - we hope.

And it’s amazing how MAGA doesn’t care about fentanyl anymore once the tariffs were taco-ed.

At some point someone should explain to you how the stock market is not the economy. I mean, right-wing liars cried for years under the Biden administration that the Wall Street did not reflect mainstreet. Now you hyppocrites have the nerve to post this cr@p?

I would never do anything like post something just to get people’s temperature up or anything like that at all. It would be beneath my character to work someone up into a frenzy, just for the sake of working them up into a frenzy.

That is unless they are a leftist and then yes, that would all apply to me.

GE Appliances moving China manufacturing to Louisville, creating 800 jobs

One of Louisville's biggest employers is making a massive investment, bringing hundreds of jobs into the Commonwealth from overseas.

According to Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, GE Appliances is going to invest $490 million into its global corporate headquarters at Appliance Park in Buechel. It's the largest investment in the company's history.

And we have a bunch looney leftist that claim tariffs don't work

Back to where we started. Funny how my portfolio has grown almost 50% since January. Once I got over all of the wild swings, I started to trade on those swings. If you aren't day trading now, you've lost quite a bit of money. On a $10k pool I play with, never go beyond what I can comfortably lose, I've made nearly $100k, syphoning almost $90k to my portfolio. These wild swings are a day trader's dream. My wife has made an even bigger killing on her Tesla stock. She bought when it crashed and sold when it went back up.
