I agree with you Bill. The level of mental masturbation exhibited by the left on this issue is staggering. I’ll be generous to the libs so they can have their happy ending but even if he is guilty of 10% of the public accusations then he needs to be shown the door

And what if he's not guilty? Should be be allowed to be a free man? And shouldn't the actual court system decide his guilt, and not three court of public opinion?

I'm pretty sure that he has his own place if he is cleared of charges. But I did live near Hyattsville a while ago, where he was arrested by the PG cops, who are the absolute worst. So why do you think the judge ruled that he wasn't a danger to the community if your beliefs are accurate?

    Right here
I don’t identify as a lib, but I am equally stunned by the right’s immediate acceptance of someone being imprisoned without a trial. Trial before punishment really shouldn't be a partisan issue.

    Right here
Then why did the Supreme Court unanimous rule otherwise?

I'm wondering if the SCOTUS decision today means this illegal alien is sent back right away.

I assume they like illegal human smugglers.

He’ll be found guilty, removed, and the Trump Admin will learn how to do their paperwork accordingly. Sadly, he deserves to be gone, many other deportees probably deserve to stay, notwithstanding they were illegals entrants.

At the end of they day he’s illegal whether he crossed yesterday or 10 years ago.

Show me the conviction by a jury of his peers, please. Or does due process and innocent until proven guilty no longer apply in this country?

Yawn. He IS illegal on with that alone eligible for deportation. End of day, his bank deposits and employment records will show he was not paying taxes or likely committing crimes, and he wouldn’t be returning if there wasn’t other evidence.

You are free to grandstand. I expect you to visit him when he’s returned to his El Salvadoran prison.

What we're continuing to see, and have seen for years, is that Donald Trump's sway over his people* is so strong that as long as they have enough peer support, they are willing to shed a shocking amount of the vestiges of rule of law and even human decency.

Specifically; "A trial and presentation of evidence for someone accused?" "Nah, if Trump says he's guilty, he's guilty!!!"

It's like a slow motion version of the de-evolution of the characters in Lord of the Flies. But with American adults. It's amazing, really.

    * Just for the record, has the word "cult" been banned?

Right now he’s busy trying to whitewash his MS 13 tattoos. Frankly, I do not care if he’s returned to prison in El Salvador since that’s where MS 13 resides. If he’s actually in fear for his life- which was a lie anyway- return him as a free El Salvadoran. He’s illegal and in his case should be sent home. He can reapply for lawful entry.

Good idea, he can take the offer to deport voluntarily, and we will pay him $1,000.

Since Abrego Garcia entered as an unaccompanied minor, he was eligible and did receive an immigration hearing. At such hearing, the Judge granted him protected status allowing him to stay legally. Your first statement is 100% false in regards to Abrego Garcia.

And as of today, he still has 0 felony convictions. The Constitution dictates due process before being put in prison. AG deserves his day in court, and despite being undocumented, he's not guilty of any felony crime until a court finds him guilty. Regardless of what Trump or the court of public opinion thinks.
