I'm pretty sure that he has his own place if he is cleared of charges. But I did live near Hyattsville a while ago, where he was arrested by the PG cops, who are the absolute worst. So why do you think the judge ruled that he wasn't a danger to the community if your beliefs are accurate?

Since Abrego Garcia entered as an unaccompanied minor, he was eligible and did receive an immigration hearing. At such hearing, the Judge granted him protected status allowing him to stay legally. Your first statement is 100% false in regards to Abrego Garcia. And as of today, he still has 0 felony convictions. The Constitution dictates due process before being put in prison. AG deserves his day in court, and despite being undocumented, he's not guilty of any felony crime until a court finds him guilty. Regardless of what Trump or the court of public opinion thinks.
