One of the several new additions this offseason was Arkansas guard Boogie Fland, who went through the NBA Draft process before transferring to Florida on May 20th. Fland met with the local Gainesville media for the first time after Florida’s first organized summer workout. Here’s the Q&A from the interview.

Lee and Boogie were both mid 30% shooters from deep. But with each on the floor they will get more wide open shots than they did before. Mid 30's is good. Higher is better. I am expecting higher from both. A defense cannot cover both.

Pick and roll, drive and layup, pass for the dunk, or pass to the wide open guard/wing. What's not to like?

Watching some highlights of Xaivian vs. Rutgers, I'm excited about his ability to get the ball to the open man. Our bigs need to be ready. If they are, there will be dunks galore.
