I don't know if you've seen this from the NCAA, but they try to take back control of the narrative and claim they will now have a Commission to oversee all of this, including NIL deals that hey say will not allow pay-to-play. That's BS because the NCAA has zero control over how private individuals and corporations invest in athletes and if they try they will lose in court.
