You do know there are currently two people locked up for working with the IRGC to kill Trump, correct?
Since we have some here who would likely know, given the parts I emboldened (or from other sources): Wouldn't that pace have allowed for the creation of at least one nuclear weapon already? Since the attacks have been ongoing for 9-days, but the facilities are underground, couldn't they have 3-4 by now (1 every 2-3 days)? What is the enrichment threshold for a "dirty bomb?" Can they be fired like a nuclear missile? Also, since there have been these serious concerns since 2019, couldn't Iran have made numerous nuclear weapons if they hid more of the 60% enriched uranium elsewhere?
Or some who have his ear are pointing out that a raid on Iran is not a video game, nor a movie, and does not come without risk. (see failed hostage rescue mission). Not a decision to be made lightly.
The Only positive spin on this is that his base will hate it and maybe some republicans will finally find the breathing room to stand up to him.
Let's be honest, this war with Iran started when they took our hostages. It was a matter of time before we came to blows.
I think we had to do it if Israel couldn't fully take them out. Now we see what Iran does as far as the US now.
They will go after the strait of hormuz, the gulf states, our bases in the region, and don't be surprised if some shit happens on the homefront.
