Arizona has had mostly mail-in elections since 2010. I've been on the AEVL (Active Early Voting List) since 2012, which means my ballots automatically arrive by mail without me even asking for one. I haven't voted in person since 2014? I ask again, what laws changed in 2024 that made 2020 the outlier? Because nothing of significance changed in Arizona.
Hence it was much less likely to be abused. But still used in record numbers. Plus this is about the electoral college and which big cities could be corrupted. You just have to be naive to think Biden got over 80 million legitimate votes imo. But it is the past and we have moved on. Thank goodness!

The infinitely more likely scenario is that Trump rigged the 2024 election. Kamala and Walz were getting record crowds and rallies while nobody showed up to any of Trump’s, and then we saw the absolutely pathetic crowd he drew for his birthday. Trump has never been a popular president, easily lost the popular vote to both Hillary and Biden, but all a sudden won the popular vote and all seven swing states while sounding like a demented grandpa on the trail all campaign long and getting decimated by Harris in the debate. Suuuuuure.

I can tell you that Rich Baris and political bettor Robert Barnes mentioned the strengthening of election laws to prevent mail-in ballot fraud on their weekly podcasts leading up to the 2024 election. Example (from memory, might have it wrong) instead of everyone getting mail-in ballots sent to them like in 2020 (in Georgia, I think), in 2024 voters had to request a mail+in ballot. Naked ballots in Pennsylvania are mail-ins that aren't sent in with the secrecy envelope enclosed. Estimates in 2020 was maximum, 30,000 of these in Philly and 50,000 total statewide. Biden won the state by 80k in 2020, and Trump won by about 120k in 2024. So even if all the naked ballots were for a single candidate, the election results still stand. And the chances of all naked ballots being for a single candidate are zero. PA also requires the state if and when they receive a naked ballot to inform the voter their vote is rejected. The person can then go to their polling place and vote using a provisional ballot that the state ruled must be counted as a valid vote after the state confirms the mail-in was rejected and it's the same person using the provisional ballot. How many out of the 50k naked ballots voted with a provisional? Hard to say, because not every county reports. But with the ones that did, in 2024, the state counted a grand total of about 800 naked ballots that never voted with a provisional. And no, not everyone in Georgia received a mail-in ballot automatically. What GA did was change a rule stating there didn't need a stated reason in 2020, and every registered voter received a notification that they could request a mail-in either online or by mail if they so wished to do so. Considering 2020 was the middle of the pandemic, this makes sense. But if a voter ignored the reminder and never made a request to get a mail-in ballot, no mail-in ballot was sent to that GA voter.
