Yes, Iran is getting some missiles through into Israel, but Iran is getting it's ass kicked. Imagine if the tables were turned and Iranian jets were blowing up Israeli targets? It will be interesting to see when Israel decides to call off the dogs and under what conditions.
I love the "Former Advisor to the SecDef" title which he served in for less than three months and the SecDef he was advising was an acting one.
I am surprised that anyone with a brain would post that Sharmine Narwani tweet. One of the dumbest statements I have ever read in my life.
CENTCOM warned that they were days away. Consistent with the IEAA Report. Iran was close to nuclear weapons before IDF strikes, US says | The Jerusalem Post
The neocons and the Israeli lobby have a strong influence on US foreign policy. The smartest Jewish geopolitical analysts have been warning us about this for years Arnaud de Borchgrave, John Mearsheimer, Stephen F. Cohen and the less well known Philip Weiss, Aaron Mate, Max Blumenthal. As De Borchgrave said, it's very difficult to get elected to Congress without pledging liege fealty to Israel. Nobody wants Iran to have an arsenal of nuclear weapons but you should consider that they already have some. Israeli attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities would be expected to be ineffective given their location underground and inside mountains. This war is about regime change. From what I've read the negotiations with Iran were going well. Then their negotiating team was murdered. Israel has killed up to 14 Iranian nuclear scientists. The correct policy with Iran was to pull it into Western civilization, as I'vr said for 20 years. Iran was an important ally of the US pre-1979. You say Israel is doing what the US wants it to do. No, Israel is doing what the neocons want. Two outs for Trump: 1) Russia mediates a peace deal 2) Regime change takes place in Iran At this point we're looking at a debacle. Netanyahu and Lindsey Graham running US foreign policy is a disgrace
there's only 1 CENTCOM although not sure they are qualified to give that assessment. I'd assume they are just passing along intelligence information that they received.
It could be much worse. Iran and Israel trading nukes would have the potential to take the world into the abyss. Even if it didn't lead to that, where would things go from there as both countries are left with the aftermath of radioactive wastelands where cities used to be?
I think Iran has depleted a lot of their stockpile along with Israel taking out a bunch of them prior to use.
Only one way to find out. But I doubt anyone of us is willing to use one of our junior high school daughters as bait to bring him into the open.
Iran must have spun it up in the last 2 months, as Tulsi Gabbard said in March they weren’t close. When asked about that, Trump replied “I don’t care what she says.” Good to have qualified people in really important positions leading our government.
