6'3 305 DT. 4*. Composite rank at 16. Out of Alabama. Visited UF for the O&B game. Says UF is his leader and will OV on May 30th. I won't say UF is the clear leader but have been high in the process for a while. I do have him in my way to early Mock Class.

I honestly believe UF will have a great DL class.

    I want this guy:

The summer heat is quickly rising, and Florida football's recruiting efforts have followed the mercury on its upward trajectory on the recruiting front, having now logged 10 hard commits as of the third weekend in June.

Amidst the action, the Gators received a crystal ball prediction from 247Sports for four-star defensive lineman Vodney Cleveland out of Birmingham (Alabama) Parker in the 2026 cycle. The 6-foot-3-inch, 3005-pound trench warrior currently holds offers from 38 different schools and is wrapping up the fourth of his five official visits.

It was Swamp247's Tyler Harden who submitted the crystal ball prediction for the Orange and Blue on Friday. Following Cleveland's OV in Gainesville at the end of May, the prep prospect told him that "Florida's still on top."

Not to be negative but if Dez at 450 was too big what’s a 3000lber going to do? I mean, if he arrives campus at a slim 2000, there might be hope.

What's your feel? I thought we had a very good chance? Any clues on Texas OV?

In UF's favor: Close with Chatman, named UF #1 after visit. With the departure of Shivers, almost guaranteed to play snaps as a freshman. UF recruiting has strong momentum and DL could be special if he and Henderson came on board.

In Texas favor: just came off the visit and enjoyed it.

My pick as of this moment is UF. But I am hearing Texas is strongly in play.

Dude's going to plug the middle. We can run a 1-5-5.
Texas could outbid us but by so much that he has to take the deal? Wish we wouldn't have lost the Florida kid that went to texas, transferred back, then went to NC. SOB!

I really like Vodney, seems like a stout kid and we need him.
