While there is a protocol in how to display a flag during the anthem in the jumbotron, there is no protocol stating what the jumbotron displays during the anthem. The jumbotron often shows the anthem performer(s), crowd shots, and players during the anthem. Showing a Pride flag isn't a big deal, especially during Pride Day at the park. Now, if an actual Pride Flag was the only flag flying, or was flying above the American flag, different story. But on the jumbotron? Not an issue.
